My Experience As A Beauty Therapist

I trained at highbury college Portsmouth from 2005 - 2007 and qualified in NVQ2 and 3 in Beauty Therapy, Anatomy and Physiology Diploma and Acrylic Nails.

I also trained in Health and Safety, First Aid, Drugs Awareness and Key Skills.

Whilst at college I worked at Siva Relaxation Centre where I learnt Customer Service, Reception Duties and Centre management. I also practiced some of my skills from college on clients.

After working at Siva for a few years I moved on to Sands Tanning where I qualified in Teeth Whitening, Ear Piercing and Nail Art.

I became a self-employed Beauty Therapist at Moods Studio after my experience at Sands, but have now left to work from home full time. I learnt Reiki and Reflexology whilst at Moods.

I like to keep myself up-to-date with the latest beauty techniques and am studying Indian Head and Hot Stone Massage.

I love the work I do, helping people feel good about themselves and I have a good reputation in the local area as a quality therapist.
